By using and refining prompts, I’ve discovered a remarkable way to carve out space for growth and organization in my life. ChatGPT has become an invaluable tool in my journey to create a balanced routine that accommodates all my interests and responsibilities.

ChatGPT was created by OpenAI, a research organization founded in December 2015 by Elon Musk, Sam Altman, & others. The 1st version of ChatGPT, based on the GPT-3 model, was released in June 2020.

Leveraging ChatGPT to Bring Order to My Life

Here’s how I’ve been leveraging ChatGPT to bring order to my life:

1. Finding My Routine

Creating a structured routine has been essential for balancing my numerous responsibilities. ChatGPT has been instrumental in helping me design a schedule that ensures productivity and personal time.

2. Re-establishing Healthy Habits

From meal planning to workout schedules, ChatGPT provides detailed plans that keep me on track with my health goals.

Healthy cooking provides essential nutrients that boost energy and overall well-being while reducing the risk of chronic diseases. It also promotes weight management and supports mental health.

Here’s the Routine ChatGPT Created for Me

Prompt Used:

Create a daily schedule that starts at 6am on weekdays, includes my responsibilities (business development, writing, brainstorming new ideas, managing HOA, finances, meal planning, career planning, and managing social media) and my workout program (focusing on shoulders, arms, and stomach), while ensuring time for leisure activities like walking the dog, going to the dog park, practicing yoga, reading, spending time with my partner, and meditating. Please keep in mind I am creating a new YouTube Channel, travel business (Nomadishly), and socials. I’ve never done this before so please make sure to provide guidance and remember to scale my business so I can gain followers and paid sponsorships. Please give me the response in bulleted format as well as an Excel sheet that also provides a meal plan to gain lean muscle and lose fat. I’ve tweaked this prompt to show me monthly meal plans, meal-prepping grocery lists, etc. Ladies, I’ve asked it to give me the appropriate foods for my cycle, specific dietary requests, or a daily breakdown of what exactly I should be doing.
